Download Trial Version or purchase of Outlook plugin

double click on downloaded file , follow the installation steps.

Open your outlook in your system , where you installed the outlook plugin

Goto Tools -> SugarOptions

change the settings of Synchronization between Outlook and SugarCRM according to your requirement.

-> Open Outlook Calendar , on top menu you can see three links "Sync to Sugar", "Mark to Sync", and "Unmark to Sync"

Create a Meeting in outlook after saving it, click on Sync to sugar, this meeting will be available with SugarCrM Calendar.

and also based on the settings that you provide in Tools->SugarOptions, it automatically synchronize the data between sugarcrm and outlook
