Download Sugar Plug-ins, and Installation, Upgrade, and Conversion Packages
1. Login to the Sugarcrm.com site –> My Account –> Download Manager .
2. Enter the Download Key and click Submit. The Download Manager page displays all the packages that are currently available to you.
3. Click the link to the file that you want to download.
4. When the dialog window opens up, select Save File and click OK.
5. Navigate to the folder where you downloaded the file, and extract the contents of the file to a folder using an Extraction tool. For example, if you are on a Windows system, you can right click the file and select ‘Extract All’.
6. Run the executable file, and walk through the installation wizard.
